Maya Lombardi

Maya Lombardi brings over 15 years of dental industry experience to GuideLab. Before co-founding the company, she served as Operations Director at one of California's largest dental lab networks, where she saw firsthand how outdated systems were holding labs back.

Frustrated by the gap between modern software and dental lab realities, Maya partnered with Marco to build GuideLab—software designed by people who actually understand the industry. Her deep knowledge of lab workflows, clinic relationships, and production challenges shapes every product decision.

Maya holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and serves on the board of the California Dental Laboratory Association. She's passionate about helping labs modernize without losing the craftsmanship that makes dental work an art.
