How does per-staff pricing work?
Each active user in your organisation costs £40/month. Add or remove users anytime, and your billing adjusts automatically.
Is there a minimum number of staff required?
No minimum. Start with just yourself and scale as your lab grows. Whether you're a solo technician or a team of 50, the pricing stays the same per person.
What counts as a 'staff member'?
Anyone who logs into GuideLab with their own account. This includes lab technicians, managers, admin staff, and owners. Clinic partners get free access through their dedicated portal.
Can my clinic partners use GuideLab for free?
Yes! Clinic partners access their dedicated portal at no extra cost to them or you. They can submit cases, track progress, and communicate with your lab — all without paying a penny.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
