Do partner clinics pay extra?
No. Partner clinic portals are included so clinics can submit cases, upload files and check progress without extra software fees.
Can we upload large scan files?
Yes. GuideLab supports case attachments in the web app, and the desktop uploader is designed for larger scan and photo workflows.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. GuideLab includes onboarding support so your lab can set up teams, clinic partners, workflows and catalog data cleanly.
