Marco Bianchi is a software engineer with a passion for building products that solve real problems. Before GuideLab, he spent eight years at leading healthcare technology companies, including roles at Epic Systems and a YC-backed digital health startup.

When Maya approached him with the idea for GuideLab, Marco saw an industry ripe for transformation. He leads our engineering team with a focus on reliability, security, and seamless integrations with the dental equipment labs already use.

Marco holds a Computer Science degree from Stanford and is particularly interested in CAD/CAM integrations and the technical challenges of connecting disparate dental systems. When he's not coding, you'll find him rock climbing or tinkering with 3D printers.
