Samuel Ortiz leads sales at GuideLab, helping dental labs understand how modern software can transform their operations. He takes a consultative approach, focusing on understanding each lab's unique challenges before recommending solutions.

Before GuideLab, Samuel spent twelve years in dental industry sales, including roles at Henry Schein and a dental lab equipment manufacturer. He's built relationships with hundreds of labs across the country and has deep knowledge of the industry's evolving needs.

Samuel is particularly passionate about helping smaller labs compete with larger operations through better technology. He believes every lab—regardless of size—deserves access to tools that can help them deliver better work, faster, and with less stress.
