Oliver Grant

Oliver Grant works directly with GuideLab customers, helping them implement new workflows, troubleshoot issues, and get the most from the platform. He's often the friendly voice on the other end of a support call or the person running a training session.

Before GuideLab, Oliver worked in technical support for a dental equipment manufacturer, where he developed deep knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, scanners, and the digital dental workflow. That technical background helps him solve problems quickly and explain solutions clearly.

Oliver is passionate about customer education and has created many of our help center articles, video tutorials, and training materials. He believes that great software is only half the equation—great support is what turns users into advocates.
