Leila Fernandez leads customer success at GuideLab, ensuring every lab that joins our platform gets the support they need to succeed. She builds the processes, documentation, and training programs that help labs get value from GuideLab quickly.

Before GuideLab, Leila spent ten years in dental lab operations, including five years as a lab manager. She understands the daily pressures labs face—tight deadlines, demanding clinics, and the constant push to do more with less.

Leila's operations background means she speaks the language of our customers. She leads our implementation team, designs our onboarding process, and personally works with our largest accounts to ensure they're getting the most from the platform.
