Juliet Ramos leads product design at GuideLab, ensuring our software is as intuitive as it is powerful. With a background in industrial design and UX, she brings a unique perspective to healthcare software—one that prioritizes the real-world context of how people work.

Before joining GuideLab, Juliet designed products at IDEO and led the design team at a medical device company. She's obsessed with understanding user workflows and eliminating unnecessary friction.

At GuideLab, Juliet has spent countless hours in dental labs, watching technicians work and understanding their daily challenges. This hands-on research informs every design decision, from touch-friendly interfaces for the production floor to streamlined dashboards for lab managers.
