Lead Backend Engineer

Jordan Wells architects the backend systems that power GuideLab. With expertise in distributed systems and healthcare data, he ensures our platform is fast, reliable, and secure enough for the sensitive data dental labs handle daily.

Before GuideLab, Jordan worked at Stripe on payment infrastructure and at a health tech startup focused on clinical data interoperability. He's passionate about building systems that "just work"—even when integrating with legacy dental equipment.

Jordan leads our efforts on scanner integrations, CAD/CAM connections, and the APIs that let GuideLab communicate with the tools labs already use. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from MIT and is a contributor to several open-source healthcare interoperability projects.
