Before GuideLab, David designed enterprise software at Salesforce and worked at a startup building tools for healthcare administrators. He's experienced in turning messy, real-world processes into clear, logical interfaces.

David's recent work includes redesigning our case intake flow, the clinic portal, and the quality control documentation features. He believes the best design is invisible—software that gets out of your way and lets you focus on the work that matters.
