New scheduling features:
- Technician Assignment: Assign cases based on skills, availability, and current workload
- Workload Dashboard: See at a glance how work is distributed across your team
- Capacity Planning: Identify who has bandwidth and who’s overloaded
- Due Date Tracking: Visual indicators highlight cases at risk of missing deadlines
- Drag-and-Drop Scheduling: Easily reassign cases between technicians
Workload balancing:
The new workload dashboard shows each technician’s current assignments, estimated hours, and capacity. When you assign a new case, GuideLab suggests technicians with available capacity and the right skills for that case type.
Bottleneck alerts:
GuideLab now monitors your production flow and alerts you when cases are stuck or backing up at any stage. Catch problems early, before they cascade into missed deadlines.
Getting started:
Production scheduling is available in the new “Schedule” tab. Your existing cases will appear automatically—start assigning technicians and see the workload balance in real-time.
